Location

Prescott is located 96 miles northwest of Phoenix and about 90 miles southwest of Flagstaff in the Bradshaw Mountains of central Arizona. Prescott, at an elevation of 5400 feet, has a population of approximately 40,000 people within its city limits. It is part of what is known as the Tri-city area including Prescott Valley and Chino Valley.

Weather

The Prescott area has a mild, four-season climate with some unexpected surprises every now and then. Although the winters cause a great deal of anticipation, nature fails to deliver and we usually end up with maybe a few 2 hour school delays. Temperatures average 85 degrees in the summer and 50 degrees in the winter. Humidity is about 45% year round with average annual rainfall of 19 inches and average annual snowfall of 24 inches.

Prescott is dubbed "Everyone's Hometown" for no other reason than it's unique 8 square blocks of thriving culture. Home to the historic "Whiskey Row", great Courthouse square, Hotel St. Michael's, and the famous Prescott Brewing Company, downtown Prescott, Arizona is a rather remarkable place to be enjoyed by everyone.
